Delete Your PingPangPal Account

PingPangPal — the ping pong coaching & club booking app

You can delete your PingPangPal account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the PingPangPal app and sign in.
Go to the Me tab.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email info@pingpangpal.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login credentials — the account can no longer be used to sign in.
Your personal profile data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, gender, location (city, state, ZIP, GPS coordinates), and sports rating.
Your coach listing and payout details (Stripe account link, PayPal email), if you coach.
Your favorites list.

What is kept

Booking and payment records are retained as financial records (refunds, disputes, and tax/accounting compliance require them), for as long as applicable law requires. They are no longer linked to your identity and display as "Deleted User".
Chat messages and reviews you sent remain visible to the other participant, attributed to "Deleted User".

Before you delete

Upcoming paid bookings must be completed or cancelled first.
Coaches: earnings pending payout must settle first (about 24 hours after a session).
Unused class-package credits are not refunded automatically — cancel the package in the app first to receive a pro-rata refund of unused classes.
